Nino is considered a specialist in Toronto’s East End neighbourhoods, particularly Riverdale, East York and the Scarborough Bluffs area. He also enjoys working in the surrounding Greater Toronto Area and says that he is “prepared to go where my clients need me!”
Experience
Nino began his real estate career in 1987 at the Broadview and Danforth real estate company, Bruce Murray Realty. He has fond memories of working there and of Bruce, who helped him lay the foundation of his career. Nino also has a background in marketing and business management, which allows him to create successful marketing plans for his clients, as well as the expertise to build transactions that work for his clients.
He attributes his continual success to his steadfast commitment to achieving his clients’ goals. Known for his negotiating skills, he says that he “really loves being able to put the deal together no matter what the obstacle.”
Outside of real estate...
Nino is a collector of sports memorabilia and enjoys finding rare sports-related collectible items. Although born and raised in the city, he has a fondness for nature and all it has to offer. He enjoys speaking to large groups of people on the benefits of self-development, and he’s currently a certified trainer and coach of hockey referees within the Ontario Ball Hockey Association.
Nino was co-founder of the “Riverdale Share X-mas Annual Benefit Concert.” He also founded the local “Breakfast with Santa” program in the Riverdale area and continues to support the Children’s Miracle Network. At the age of
14, Nino and his childhood friend Brian Moffatt originated the Withrow Park Ball Hockey Youth League. He said he “just got tired of moving the net off the road for cars.” The league is still in existence, featuring over 600 kids from the local neighbourhood.
